New in Original factory box Siemens fuse-type Combination Motor Starter Catalog# SCF type F17. Comes with 120VAC coil (not 100% positive, but can check if requested), NEMA 1 enclosure (indoor) H-O-A (hand-off-auto switch), control transformer (fused). Fuse clips rated for 200A, 600V; Starter rated for 100 HP @ 460-575 Volt. We opened the box to take the photos; this has never been out of the original box.
