NOS P.K. Neuses N-647 bare wire wrapping tool. I believe these wrap 22AWG wire. The shaft is hollow to accomodate the wire as it travels to the pointed end to be manually wrapped onto a pin or what have you. Red shaft. New in original plastic wrapper. Check out my other items!
