Complete Controls/Drives are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase. If the item fails during the warranty period, contact EMA for a Return Authorization number. The R.A. Number must appear on all accompanying paperwork. The above warranty shall not apply to items that have failed due to misapplication, abuse, improper storage, corrosion, moisture, negligence, exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt or an "Act Of God". Items that have been tampered with or have had the identification sticker removed will not be considered for warranty. Except as specifically set forth above, EMA implies no other warranty other than the repair, replacement or at our discretion, issue a refund. All consequential damage to property, loss of profit or personal injury is specifically excluded. |
