Opto relays allow you to activate your machines spindal motor or coolant pump valve devices via the command of the software cycle Very handy feature ensuring minimal loss of coolant. A plasma torch can also be activated, allowing nominated shapes to be cut via the "plasma mode import command" included in MACH 2 software How does the limit switch input work ......? The limit switch input feature works together with the software allowing the use of other Logitrol devices such as external limit switches Jog remote controllers and so on Built-in Interlock safety via the motion controllers ENABLE/ DISABLE switch renders software inactive untill re-engaged Whats the Maximum input voltage this Motion controller handle......? A servo system is a closed loop system, meaning that you will never run the risk of losing a step should your stepper or servo motor stall due to incorrect or excessive cutting rapid speed values. Servo Closed loop system is great for complex 3D toolmaking or modeling work, promising extremely smooth & quite motor transistion . The most asked question is.....? Do Stepper systems have the same accuracy as Servo systems?
