Joinvolk Shanghai Join-Volk Specialty Motor Co., LTD. This is a new motor and has never been used, however it has developed some surface rust on the housing. Two of the blades on the plastic fan has been broken off. This part should probably be easily and inexpensively replaced. We guarantee this motor to be in working order.
